ChaeYun Moon – Photography of Aquarium

In this photography, fish are seen swimming leisurely in the aquarium. Fish, they each have slightly different shapes and colors, however, they were combined into one community, which I think reflects the diversity in our society today. Like the each individuals with different shapes and characteristics come together to form a diverse community in our society. I believe that the presence of a community is indicated by the existence of individuals, much like how these fish have established their own society.

I took this picture when I went on a day trip to New York. New York was more chaotic, noisy, and messy than I had anticipated, with a diverse array of people. When I finally visited New York, a city I had been eagerly anticipating, my expectations were greatly disappointed. New York was busy and hectic. I believe these signs are the best visual representations of a bustling modern society. People pass by these streetlights several times a day, each walking their own way to different destinations.

I looked at the sky on a beautiful day, and it was filled with fluffy clouds. Even though it was cloudy, the scenery was so beautiful that I captured it. And even the birds perched on the wire were in harmony, creating a peaceful landscape that I hadn’t seen in a while. These images of birds also made me reflect on my own humanity. It was a moment that made me realize that I had been running so busily that I needed some rest.
